These terms govern your use of the Genius Tickets website and services. By signing up, browsing, or using any part of the platform you agree to them. We'll keep this page current as the product evolves.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an organiser account. Attendees must follow the age and eligibility rules of each event.

Acceptable use

• Don't list events that violate applicable law or our content policy.
• Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to compromise the platform.
• Respect attendee data — collect only what you need.

Payments & refunds

Ticket sales are subject to organiser-defined refund policies. Genius Tickets isn't a party to event-level disputes, but we'll help mediate where we can.

Liability

We provide the platform "as is" while we approach launch. Use during this period is at your discretion.
